The initial consultation price varies based on your insurance eligibility*. No insurance? No problem. If you need to pay out-of-pocket, the consultation with a Cove medical provider is just $99, which is typically less than seeing an in-person medical provider.
The monthly fee for ongoing care is $10/month (billed quarterly). For this low quarterly fee, you get unlimited access to your Cove medical provider, regular check-ins, and the ability to make changes to your treatment plan at any time, plus tools and tips on how best to manage your migraine. Patients are responsible for all subscription fees required to receive provider care and services. The quarterly fee provides access to your medical provider along with ongoing care services, and is required for the duration of your care.
If payment is not successfully received or verified, we reserve the right to delay or withhold pharmacy services until payment issues are resolved. We will communicate any payment issues and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve them prior to any interruption or discontinuation of care. Cove offers 20+ FDA-approved prescription medications starting at $15/month. Please note that the price of your treatment will be dependent on the day supply (30 or 90 days), and not on the quantity prescribed. Shipping is $3 for monthly supplies and will always be free for quarterly supplies. Your medical provider will work with you to determine which medication(s) and quantities are best for your migraine.
