If you are waiting on an order to arrive:
Cove Replacement Policy requires 10 business days to have elapsed between the date your medication was shipped and the date in which Cove sends a replacement. We have noticed that some shippers will mark or scan packages as delivered but won't actually deliver them until a few days later. If you still have not received your package by 10 business days after the shipment date, please email care@withcove.com and we can request a replacement shipment.
If your order has been damaged:
If you need to report a defective or damaged item, send us an email at care@withcove.com. You must report defective or damaged orders within 14 days of the original ship date to receive a free replacement. If you report a defective or damaged order more than 14 days after the original ship date, we reserve the right to deny any financial relief.
If you received an incorrect order:
On the rare occasion this happens we want to make it right for you! We encourage you to reach out to our Care Team within 30 days of receiving your shipment. If you report an incorrect order after the 30 day period has elapsed we will not be able to correct your order nor issue a refund. You will be responsible for purchasing a new order of your treatment.
