Refunds & Returns
All purchases of Cove treatments are final. This is because our products are medications, so once they are packaged for you, our pharmacy legally cannot use the products for another patient. Our pharmacy's regulations prohibit the return of prescription or supplement treatments for reimbursement. This means that we are unable to accept returns of treatment for refunds, even if it is unused.
Exchanges (if applicable)
With that said, we want you to receive high-quality products that are ready to use. That means we will replace items if they are defective or damaged but must be requested within 28 days of the shipped order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@withcove.com and we'll coordinate with you how to exchange your order.
