Order Refunds & Returns
All purchases of Cove treatments are final. This is because our products are medications, so once they are packaged for you, our pharmacy legally cannot use the products for another patient. Our pharmacy's regulations prohibit the return of prescription or supplement treatments for reimbursement. This means that we are unable to accept returns of treatment for refunds, even if it is unused. For information on how to safely dispose of a treatment you no longer want or need, please review the FDA guidelines here.
Ongoing Care Fee Refunds
Once the ongoing care fee has been billed, the purchase is final, and the fee is non-refundable. Patients are responsible for all subscription fees required to receive provider care and services. The applicable monthly or quarterly fee provides access to your medical provider and ongoing care services and is required for the duration of your care. To avoid being charged for the next installment, you must cancel 48 hours before your billing date through your account or by contacting our customer support team either by email at care@withcove.com or by calling/texting us at (877) 456-2683.
Exchanges (if applicable)
With that said, we want you to receive high-quality products that are ready to use. That means we will replace items if they are defective or damaged, but the request must be made within 28 days of the shipped order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a photo of your defective or damaged item at care@withcove.com, and we'll coordinate with you on how to exchange your order.
