If you are waiting on an order to arrive:
Cove Replacement Policy requires 10 business days to have elapsed between the date your medication was shipped and the date in which Cove sends a replacement. We have noticed that some shippers will mark or scan packages as delivered but won't actually deliver them until a few days later. If you still have not received your package by 10 business days after the shipment date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can request a replacement shipment.
If your order has been damaged:
If you need to report a defective or damaged item, send us an email at email@example.com. You must report defective or damaged orders within 14 days of the original ship date to receive a free replacement. If you report a defective or damaged order more than 14 days after the original ship date, we reserve the right to deny any financial relief.
