After your medical provider prescribes a treatment plan, you will receive an email asking you to log into your account and confirm the plan.
- If you change your mind about the plan or need to make adjustments to it, please let your Cove provider know as soon as possible.
- If your adjustment isn't done within 7 days your treatment plan will automatically approve and ship out to you.
- Once your plan is approved, your order will be sent to the pharmacy for processing.
- We cannot guarantee we'll be able to make any changes to your order after the pharmacy begins processing.
