Cove is a subscription service because we want to ensure you never run out of your migraine treatment when you need it.
Our subscription service includes:
- Quarterly and yearly check-ins with your Cove medical provider to assess your health and the effectiveness of your treatment plan.
- Ongoing support and care from the Cove medical team and our customer support teams.
- Access to Cove’s migraine tracker so you can track your migraine attacks and know your migraine patterns and triggers.
Ongoing Care Fee
The ongoing care fee will provide access to all of these benefits for $30 per quarter. Patients are responsible for all subscription fees required to receive provider care and services. This fee is required for the duration of your care.
If payment is not successfully received or verified, we reserve the right to delay or withhold pharmacy services until payment issues are resolved. We will communicate any payment issues and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve them prior to any interruption or discontinuation of care.
Subscription fees do not include medication costs or pharmacy fees, which are the patient’s responsibility and billed separately. For more information, you can view our terms and conditions here.
Treatments and Medication Orders
Your medication refill will be automatically shipped every 30 or 90 days, depending on your refill cadence. If your refill date falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday your order may be billed and shipped up to two days prior due to the pharmacy's operating hours. To avoid being charged for the next installment, you must cancel 48 hours before your billing date through your account or by contacting our customer support team by email at care@withcove.com or by calling/texting us at (877) 456-2683.
