We’re sorry that you want to cancel your Cove subscription. We understand it may take some time for your treatment plan to be just right for you. If you feel your migraine treatment needs to be adjusted or changed, simply message your medical provider by logging into your Cove account.
We offer two ways to cancel:

- Text or call (877) 456-2683 during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday, 10 am - 6 pm ET), and our team can assist you
Cancellation Disclaimers
- Your cancellation is not official until you receive a confirmation email.
- If your next refill date is within the next 24-48 hours, please call us to ensure your cancellation request is processed before your refill order.
- Please note that if you cancel your account before your Medical Consultation is completed, a new account will be required to proceed in the future. If you need assistance with your consultation, please reach out to our team, and we'll be happy to help.
- If you’re receiving medication through your local pharmacy and the ongoing care fee is canceled or remains unpaid after our team has communicated notice of non-payment, your prescriptions will be discontinued. Similar to an in-person provider, Cove's medical providers need to be able to receive updates and monitor your condition to safely continue prescribing a medication or allowing it to be dispensed. Once a patient cancels and is no longer under our care, our providers do not have a way of monitoring them.
